Job Description
- Establish long-term customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers on insurance options, identify potential risks, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
- Personal Lines Licenses (must have currently).
