About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Foreman to join our team at Power Design. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project Superintendents and other trades to oversee assigned scopes, including material and manpower management.
  • Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards, utilizing technology such as company-provided iPads and smartphones to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scopes.
Requirements
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders with a passion for technology and a clear career path.
  • Skilled field supervisors with at least five years of experience managing scopes and running multimillion-dollar projects.
  • Active journeyman or master license preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements.
  • Basic computer and writing skills.
  • Demonstrate and uphold Power Design's core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
