Our venues offer a unique blend of traditional mini-golf and innovative technology, set against beautifully designed landscapes. This is PopStroke - where the joy of mini-golf extends beyond family outings and date nights to welcome guests of all skills and ages seeking a unique and memorable entertainment and culinary experience.

We currently have 14 locations across the United States, with three additional venues under development and expected to open soon. Our team is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join us as we embark on an exciting expansion journey.

The Role

We're seeking a charismatic and organized Clubhouse Magician HOST/HOSTESS to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.
  • Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining our mobile ordering concept.
  • Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
  • Assist the F&B staff as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu, and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the Host area fully stocked and clean.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
  • Previous guest service experience.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
