Breakfast Server

At Biltmore Farms, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Breakfast Server to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and teamwork.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork as per standards of service.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere when interacting with guests and ensure a positive experience.
• Guide guests through all phases of their Biltmore Farms breakfast experience.
• Familiarize yourself with menus, ingredients, presentation, and proper food service standards.
• Setup, monitor, and breakdown all breakfast areas.
• Have a positive and upbeat attitude while providing exceptional service to our guests.
• Be available to work flexible schedules, including AM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Support the Food and Beverage Team and work as a Banquet Server when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in the Food Service Industry.
• At least one year in a hotel setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of food and food preparation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work wherever needed.

• Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. on a tray or arm service.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and be able to walk, stoop, and bend frequently.
