Breakfast servers will also ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed, and will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Greet guests as they arrive for breakfast service and guide them to appropriate tables.

•    Take and process guests' food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.  

•    Communicate guests' special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.

•    Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

•    Clear and clean tables, reset table settings, and ensure that the dining area is clean and organized.

•    Replenish food and beverage items as necessary.

•    Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

•    Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation practices.

•    Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director. 

•    Attend all required training sessions and meetings.

•    Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

•    Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

•    Excellent customer service skills.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

•    Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.

•    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

•    Ability to to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.BENEFITS
