Qualifications:

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in wound care is essential, with a minimum of three years in direct patient care preferred.

Certifications: Current CPR or BLS certification is mandatory; Wound Care Certification is advantageous.

Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Candidates should possess interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
