Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary service provider for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee onsite projects, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
  • Install, program, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment, including security, intrusion, and life safety systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction while escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications to execute installation procedures effectively.
  • Operate systems to demonstrate equipment functionality, commission new systems, analyze performance, and identify malfunctions.
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues in malfunctioning equipment or software.
  • Consult with engineering teams to address unique challenges in system operation and maintenance.
  • Adhere to all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as company health and safety policies.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and installation techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and budgets, including programming, graphics development, and customer training.
  • Collaborate with service supervisors and project managers to ensure project coordination and quality assurance.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate impacts on costs and timelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong technical background in electronic security and intrusion systems.
  • Proficient programming skills with a proven track record in troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience using hand and power tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites regularly, with minimal overnight travel as needed.
