Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage a designated personal lines portfolio by effectively servicing and processing all new business inquiries.
- Handle renewals and endorsements with precision.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding coverage and products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our offerings to enhance marketing and placement strategies.
- Generate quotes and applications efficiently to ensure a positive experience for new business clients.
- Adhere to agency protocols and company standards for processing, policy issuance, and client servicing.
- Effectively prioritize customer inquiries, addressing urgent needs and routine questions while maintaining excellent service.
- Collaborate with producers to assess and analyze incoming applications.
- Maintain an updated renewal expiration list and ensure timely processing of renewals.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Contribute to overall sales and marketing initiatives, including personal lines campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience with AMS 360 platform or similar systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines within an agency or insurance company.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to conduct critical analysis to evaluate prospects for account acceptability.
- Highly organized to manage a substantial portfolio accurately and efficiently.
