Job Title: Senior System Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in managing SAW asset administration, meeting Microsoft standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant administration for private domains, handling compliance and auditing responsibilities, and coordinating the logistics and transportation of laptops from the manufacturer to the distribution center and then to the end users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant administration for private domains, ensuring compliance and auditing responsibilities are met.
  • Coordinate the logistics and transportation of laptops from the manufacturer to the distribution center and then to the end users.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that the appropriate number of laptops is available for distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop distribution schedules and timelines to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks on laptops to ensure that they meet the required standards before distribution.
  • Communicate effectively with recipients to provide guidance on laptop usage and address any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the distribution process, such as delays in delivery or technical malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize the distribution process.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to provide timely support and assistance to recipients regarding laptop distribution-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations governing the distribution of laptops.

Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in managing SAW asset administration, meeting Microsoft standards. Prior experience with Microsoft One Identity, including managing tenant administration for private domains, as well as handling compliance and auditing responsibilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
