Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of environmental services staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to meet the needs of the department.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental services or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, sitting, bending, and walking required.
