Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall direction and supervision of the processing/packaging department(s)
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure a trained and proficient workforce
  • Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, including productivity, quality, yield, cost, and safety
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve department and company goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the poultry processing industry with progressively increased responsibility
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate supervision fairly and objectively
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and independent decision-making
