Foster Farms Job Description

Job Summary:
Foster Farms is seeking a skilled Fresh Nights Paws Grader to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all raw chicken paws meet and/or exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive on time and be prepared to work with all required safety equipment and clean, sanitized work apparel.
  • Obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations.
  • Separate A-Grade product from under grade product based on customer requirements.
  • Use knives and/or scissors as needed.
  • Don Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Perform any duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
