This is an exempt role with a base salary of $62,500 - $72,500 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $65,250 to $77,500 annually.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and near misses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or the equivalent in work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, risk management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for improvement
