About the Role

The Versaterm team is expanding, and we're seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Specialist to join our ranks. This pivotal role involves ensuring our security practices align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst specializing in compliance to monitor, conduct audits, and implement policies to safeguard our information assets.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., CJIS, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Coordinate audits (e.g., ISO, SOC) of products with external audit providers.
  • Conduct internal security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and report on compliance status and security metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security controls are in place and effective.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes and security trends.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in information security compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., CJIS, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Proficiency in security frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
