South Middlesex Opportu is seeking a skilled Childcare Program Coordinator to join their School Age team. As an Assistant Group Leader, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences that engage children in the childcare program.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm.

Job Description:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Suburban/SMOC Child Care philosophy and regulations.
  • Support classroom teams in planning and preparing a successful learning environment.
  • Participate in staff growth and development opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and share pertinent information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Patient and able to follow directions.
  • Good role model for younger children.
