Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide top-notch behavioral health care to our patients. As a Clinic Mental Health professional, you will be responsible for implementing counseling and therapy services in individual and group settings, assessing patients, and collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care.
Responsibilities- Provide counseling and therapy services to patients in individual and group settings
- Assess patients and develop treatment plans to address their behavioral health needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in case reviews and care conferences to evaluate patient progress
- Assist with discharge planning and provide referrals to community-based resources as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD)
