About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Sandstone Care. As a therapist, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients addressing substance use and mental health diagnosis.
  • Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans to ensure each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field) required.
  • Licensed clinician in the state of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Provisional Licensed (LPCC, LSW, MFTC) required.
  • Previous experience with treating mental health conditions and working in a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings preferred.
