As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for operating manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment with supervision. You will also be responsible for inspection of die and packages to various Military and JDEC standards using high/low power microscopes. Additionally, you will follow defined specifications and reaction paths or written/verbal instruction, and use multiple hand tools to process delicate products without damaging components manually.

The estimated salary for this position is $20.50 per hour, based on experience. The salary range is $19.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The salary is competitive and reflects the company's commitment to offering a fair and equitable compensation package.
