**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure clients receive all approved service hours by locating and scheduling Personal Care Attendants and/or Special Attendants
* Verify and enter PCAs' worked hours in the timekeeping system regularly to ensure timely payment
* Assist with scheduling and completing PCA hires as needed
* Complete necessary correspondence, including Service Interruption, Suspensions, and Service Delivery issues
