Compensation:
Potential earnings range from $70,000 to $99,000 annually, with a combination of base salary and commission. Additional benefits include health coverage, paid training, paid time off, a 401K plan, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Consumer Direct Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to market and sell Windstream products and services within a designated area. This role involves:

  • Engaging with potential customers through door-to-door outreach.
  • Processing orders, ensuring service activation, and establishing accurate billing.
  • Conducting follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting sales quotas for products and services.
  • Participating in Windstream events to expand your professional network and enhance sales opportunities.

You will undergo a comprehensive 8-week Sales Residency program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in this position. Upon successful completion, you will receive a 5% increase in your base salary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A reliable and insured personal vehicle for travel to assigned territories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers.
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve.
  • The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and across diverse terrains.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves various physical tasks, including:

  • Standing: 67-100% of the time
  • Walking: 34-66% of the time
  • Sitting: 0-33% of the time
  • Driving: 34-66% of the time
