Job Summary:

This position plays a key role in promoting new products, technologies, and markets through integrated marketing communications plans and tactics. The ideal candidate will have superior working knowledge of software packages such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, Pardot, and premium SEO software like BrightEdge or Conductor.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans to effectively promote new products, technologies, and markets
  • Analyze data to create targeted MarCom campaigns with the intent to create incremental revenues
  • Monitor and implement changes for SEO and Google AdWords
  • Collaborate with Product and Market managers on marketing communications plans including messaging and creative communication channels
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing product owners in the execution of promotions
  • Manage outside marketing agencies and consultants; define business objectives and leverage opportunities to deliver additional sales and new leads
  • Develop the yearly Marcom calendar for all product lines and market fields
  • Evaluate and improve MarCom toolkit and process to be more efficient, drive greater action, and better leverage technology
  • Generate different types of MarCom reports like leads by source, campaign return, opportunity creation, and others
  • Develop and monitor annual Marcom budget

The successful candidate will work closely with management, field sales, prospects, customers, manufacturing, customer service, and sales administration team and other global offices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five plus years experience working in Marketing Communication field
  • Superior working knowledge of software packages such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, Pardot, and premium SEO software like BrightEdge or Conductor
  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Professional, dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task
  • Works well in a team and independently
  • Negotiation skills
  • Technical aptitude in the scientific instrument industry
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, from a college or university. Life Sciences experiences preferred. Five plus years working with Analytical Instruments, Spectroscopy preferred.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary between $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, a 401(k) plan with match; employee group dental, vision, life, and disability insurance paid for by the company; medical insurance, family dental and vision insurance, and supplemental life insurance available with reasonable employee contributions; employee assistance program; paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; flexible spending accounts; and educational reimbursement and commuter benefit programs.
