Ambulatory LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Multispecialty Clinic at Tappahannock. As an Ambulatory LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our patients and their families.

• Deliver direct, age-specific care to patients based on medical orders and an integrated, multidisciplinary plan of care.
• Safely administer prescribed medications, identifying any incompatibilities or interactions.
• Assist the healthcare team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort.
• Provide direction, education, and begin to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level.

• Current LPN licensure in Virginia or eligibility for licensure.
• AHA BLS Certification or equivalent.
• Experience requirements vary based on transitional duty assignment.
• Preferred experience as an LPN in an acute care setting or applicable area of practice.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours.
