Responsibilities- Provide critical care services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transportation
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to provide state-of-the-art care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Minimum of 3+ years of pediatric/neonatal critical care experience in PICU, ICN, or NICU
- Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse or compact RN licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Ability to work in a diverse and autonomous environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 230 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
