Position Overview:
Genesis10 is actively seeking a Financial Analytics Specialist to collaborate with our client in the financial sector. This role focuses on delivering analytical insights and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Technology Executives and Business Support Managers to facilitate discussions.
• Oversee financial forecasting processes, including the analysis and management of actuals and staffing inputs using internal tools.
• Manage staffing processes and track HR-related activities.
• Assist with invoice reconciliations and Statement of Work (SOW) maintenance.
• Deliver regular management reports in conjunction with senior technology leaders.
• Support enterprise business continuity and compliance activities within the team.
• Organize management agendas and coordinate materials for meetings and reviews.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance, Workforce Management, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in coordinating forecasting processes and reporting in collaboration with Finance and Business Managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven quantitative skills and strong financial understanding.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
