Job Title: Manager, Card Analytics

OneMain Financial is seeking a seasoned Manager, Card Analytics to join our team in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our Card Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and optimizing operational efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify expense optimization opportunities
  • Design and implement analytical frameworks to increase operational efficiency
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics roles with exposure to credit cards and/or fintech
  • Deep knowledge and expertise of using analytical tools and techniques to drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks and individuals on tight timelines
