Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and recording daily installations, repairs, and service work to maximize billable time and meet efficiency objectives. They will implement service technician dispatch from multiple locations, maintain on-call schedules, prepare, assign, and process work orders. Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate appointment lengths to plan future appointments, assess project length, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. They will also follow up on job orders to ensure timely completion, enter work orders for service requests, review and maintain documents for accurate record keeping, and ensure compliance with Company and Government safety, policy, and regulatory standards. Furthermore, the Service Coordinator will provide superior customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to adapt to change daily, a positive attitude, and stress management skills. A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is preferred, along with 3-5 years of dispatching or related experience. Familiarity with fuel service concepts, practices, and procedures, including related government regulations, is essential. Basic understanding of gas and/or propane appliances and related distribution systems is required, with training provided as needed. Basic computer skills, including MS Office, are also necessary. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and have a willingness to participate in training to grow and develop as a professional within the Propane trade, with the ability to learn multiple operating systems.

Work Environment
The Service Coordinator will maintain consistent communication with all departments, coworkers, and management. They must be able to utilize systems technology effectively and consistently.
