Practice Overview

The practice is a full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery center, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a safe, comfortable setting. The team performs a wide range of procedures, including corrective jaw surgery, facial/plastic surgery, TMJ disorders, and dental implants and bone grafting.

Position Details

We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a current active Florida license, be board certified in oral surgery, and have sedation training. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $300,000+, a $1,100 daily guarantee, and 35% of collections (negotiable). Additionally, the practice offers an attractive benefit package, including health insurance through Blue Cross (75% employer-paid after 90 days), vision insurance, dental insurance, and early partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including dental implants and bone grafting. The practice operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with flexible scheduling options available.
