Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Executing electromechanical assemblies, including sub-assemblies and final products, under a microscope.
- Assembling ultra-miniature components or demonstrating proficiency in a designated product line.
- Utilizing standard workshop tools such as soldering irons, microscopes, ultrasonic cleaners, and furnaces.
- Coordinating with the calibration team to ensure precise assembly and functionality of units.
- Engaging in continuous cross-training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Welding miniature components under a microscope for extended durations.
- Adapting to more complex assembly tasks with minimal supervision.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly and soldering under a microscope.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering assembly drawings.
- Advanced skills in schematic reading and troubleshooting assemblies.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Certification in J-STD C or IPC-610.
- Local candidates are preferred.
Personal Skills:
- Effective planning abilities and capacity to multitask.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $23.00.
