Position Overview:

As a Speech/Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we serve. This position is essential to our mission and reflects the impactful work we do daily.

  • Evaluate speech and language capabilities, developmental progress, articulation skills, and fluency disorders of clients.
  • Implement and conduct speech therapy interventions utilizing techniques that facilitate the rehabilitation of individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing challenges.
  • Analyze medical documentation, assess clients, and formulate individualized therapy treatment plans.
  • Identify and create effective intervention strategies tailored to each individual.
  • Educate clients, their families, and primary caregivers to ensure the maintenance or achievement of optimal functional levels.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of home care services for individuals served.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Successful completion of local and/or state background checks.
  • Strong communication skills to foster relationships.
  • Dependable, responsible demeanor with a compassionate approach.
  • Commitment to delivering quality in all aspects of work.
