Cardiology Registered Nurse Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Registered Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Cardiology Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including those with heart failure, coronary artery disease, and arrhythmias.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and develop strategies to prevent or mitigate them.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • At least one year of experience in a cardiovascular or critical care setting.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
