Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients.
  • Assist healthcare providers with setting up and maintaining efficient work areas, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Apply your knowledge and skills to provide excellent interactions with staff, patients, and families of all ages, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN training program.
  • Current Washington State LPN license.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers.
  • PALS certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct patient care experience in a pediatric healthcare setting, hospital, long-term care, or medical office setting.
  • Certified for peripheral IV therapy.
Compensation and Benefits:
