About the Role

Chapa-De is seeking a skilled Electronic Health Record Application Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare IT team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain complete knowledge of our electronic medical and dental record applications
  • Provide expert advice and support for EHR application needs
  • Help teams improve efficiency and effectiveness through workflow redesign
  • Develop and lead application trainings, creating training materials to help users adapt to new functionalities
  • Evaluate and analyze changes and new functionalities for EHR
Requirements
  • 4 years' experience in direct patient care or 2 years' experience in clinical applications support in the healthcare industry
  • eClinicalWorks eCW experience, preferred
  • Ability to work in Auburn & Grass Valley, occasional after-hours work
