Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in our Agency Management System
  • Compose professional business correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor claims and provide guidance and assistance to clients as needed
  • Interact with clients and internal teams to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial account management role
  • State insurance license(s) as required by the State Department of Insurance
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
