Key Responsibilities:
  • Restore wheels and wheel covers to their original condition using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids.
  • Inspect wheels for damage and prepare them for repair.
  • Mix and apply colors to match OEM specifications.
  • Work independently in a mobile truck environment, with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
  • Auto painting experience or collision repair technical school training preferred but not required.
  • Strong organization and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts.
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Compensation:

The starting compensation for this position is expected to be $50,000 annually, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings based on performance.
