We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish room and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure a clean and safe dining environment for our customers.
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine, monitoring water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
- Report any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine to management immediately.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
