Job Title: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the Branch Office.
  • Supervise, develop, and support a team of highly engaged bankers and tellers.
  • Work closely with commercial and mortgage lenders in sales and service, initiating business development and customer retention.
  • Assist upper management in planning, implementing, and monitoring branch goals.
  • Perform all banker and teller duties, including opening new depository accounts and processing teller transactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in banking, with personal banking and teller experience required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Consumer Lending skills preferred.
  • Applicable college degree or equivalent work experience.

Work Environment:

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Relocate to Verona, WI before starting work.
