• Lead the daily operations of the Branch Office and contribute to its overall success.
• Supervise, develop, and support a team of highly engaged bankers and tellers.
• Work closely with commercial and mortgage lenders to drive sales and service, initiate business development, and foster customer retention.
• Assist upper management in planning, implementing, and monitoring branch goals.
• Perform all banker and teller duties, including opening new depository accounts and processing teller transactions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with personal banking and teller experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Consumer Lending skills preferred.
• Applicable college degree or equivalent work experience.

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
