Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute bathroom remodels utilizing skills in carpentry, trim work, and general construction.
  • Follow all installation guidelines and protocols during service delivery.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Respect client property and ensure the work area is left tidy.
  • Consistently wear the company uniform and uphold standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Educate clients on the functionality, maintenance, and care of their new installations.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation and photographs accurately.
  • Manage inventory in the installation vehicle, ensuring it is equipped with necessary tools and materials.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, trim work, construction, or home renovation, with proficiency in taking precise measurements.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing systems.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations in various units of measure.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Strong reasoning skills to understand and execute detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Personal enclosed trailer is preferred.

  • Carpentry
  • Acrylic resurfacing
  • Flooring installation
  • Basic plumbing tasks
