Sign Technician

We are seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our team at Image360 Las Vegas. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and services in a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough field surveys to ensure accurate installations.
- Review drawings and plans ahead of time to clarify job requirements and expectations.
- Pack and load vehicles with signage and supplies, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth installation process.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Install various types of signs, including monuments, pylons, channel letters, FCO letters, vinyl graphics, neon, and interior signage.
- Complete installations according to plans, addressing any discrepancies with the supervisor as needed.
- Drill and wire according to specifications, ensuring precise and safe installations.
- Troubleshoot issues in the field, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Perform regular service inspections and repairs to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Operate power tools such as drills, saws, jackhammers, and post diggers, as well as aerial equipment like boom lifts and scissor lifts.
Qualifications
- A strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
- Professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills, allowing you to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide expert advice.
- Experience in Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding and stick welding, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a variety of situations.
- The ability to read graphic proofs, make accurate measurements, cut plastics and metals precisely, use basic tools, use a grinder, and utilize other fabrication-related tools.
- The capacity to install diverse types of signs, electrical components, and mounting systems.
- The ability to paint signs and handle various materials.
- Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, some weekends, and long hours when necessary.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Physical fitness and good hand dexterity, essential for handling heavy equipment and performing demanding tasks.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location.
