Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Addiction Recovery Care, LLC. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping children with speech and language disorders to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to children in the school population who have problems with speech or language.
- Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Work with teachers, other school personnel, and parents to develop and carry out individual or group programs.
- Teach children how to make sounds and improve their voices and maintain fluency.
- Help individuals improve vocabulary and sentence structure used in oral and written language.
- Counsel with individuals and families on how to cope with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Maintain necessary records in a confidential manner.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in speech pathology or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Approved Certification with State of Kentucky.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
