As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of patients who require speech therapy intervention and delivering services in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with center staff to promote the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for patients.
  • Deliver speech therapy services to patients who require intervention.
  • Identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications:

  • Speech Language Pathologist License by the Virginia Board of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
