About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Architect to join our team at Vonage. As a key member of our API business unit, you will play a critical role in collaborating with sales account managers to build and maintain customer relationships with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver Vonage Video CPaaS solutions using our Video APIs, incorporating Voice, Messaging, and Web RTC API communication channels.
  • Utilize interpersonal communication skills and technical expertise to build trust with customers, understand their requirements, and present Vonage API CPaaS solutions.
  • Host remote and face-to-face meetings with customer developers, product managers, and C-level business decision makers to validate technical needs.
  • Respond to customer RFPs, InfoSec, and other technical inquiries.
  • Work closely with CPaaS teams to identify key prospects and clients where technical knowledge and guidance can enable them to leverage Vonage API CPaaS solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing complex customer solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of CPaaS Video/WebRTC, Web development, backend development, mobile development, or IP-based real-time communications.
  • Ability to assess and analyze real-life and/or customer requests, and provide solutions.
  • Experienced remote worker and traveler with great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platform (AWS, MS Azure, Google, IBM) and Cloud Architecture.

These roles are Hybrid located out of our Holmdel, New Jersey office, remote applications will be considered. Some travel to customers will be required.
