As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing care for pediatric patients referred for outpatient developmental occupational therapy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and evaluate patients to identify their occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including activities to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Louisiana OT License and BLS Card required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding of typical versus atypical child development.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

**Work Schedule:**

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

**Work Type:** Full Time.
