Position Overview:
Thompson First Group is in search of a skilled Metal Fabrication Assembly Lead to oversee operations for a prominent client. We invite candidates with supervisory experience in a metalworking environment to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct assembly operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively within a manufacturing setting.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and shop drawings to guide production.
- Plan and organize production workflows to optimize output.
- Foster a positive work environment through strong personnel management and communication skills.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based tasks.

Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000.

Work Environment:
This position requires in-person engagement with the team.
