Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor residents to ensure their safety and well-being
- Provide guidance and support to residents to help them achieve their goals and objectives
- Conduct searches of residents and their living quarters to detect and confiscate contraband or unapproved items
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Respond to emergency situations and provide support to residents and staff as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of full-time work experience, military service, or college training preferred
- Ability to safely and efficiently perform essential job functions, including physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.20 with benefits or $20.74 without benefits
