Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor residents to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Provide guidance and support to residents to help them achieve their goals and objectives
  • Conduct searches of residents and their living quarters to detect and confiscate contraband or unapproved items
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support to residents and staff as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of full-time work experience, military service, or college training preferred
  • Ability to safely and efficiently perform essential job functions, including physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
