Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinics and ensure the delivery of high-quality, community-based behavioral health services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing policies and procedures, directing the activities of professional staff, and ensuring the clinical integrity of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs and services, including the growth and development of clinic services.
- Establish guidelines and policies for client care and administrative functioning.
- Oversee the adequacy, appropriateness, and quality of client care, including diagnostic evaluations and the implementation of UR findings.
- Direct the professional activities of staff, including development of in-service education, supervision, and staff performance management.
- Develop and monitor quality clinical performance indicators and lead the QA process.
Requirements
- Psychologist, Social Worker, or Mental Health Counselor (LICSW or higher) degree.
- Minimum four years of full-time supervised clinical experience subsequent to obtaining the relevant graduate degree, two years of which were in an supervisory/administrative capacity.
- Minimum two years of full-time clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting subsequent to meeting the highest level of qualifications for their professional field.
- Experience with CBHI services is strongly preferred.
