Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and ensure that all guests have a memorable experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensure that food orders are made correctly by kitchen staff, and present food in a visually appealing manner.
  • Shift Duties: Perform shift duties such as delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, and removing debris.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health code standards for the handling of food and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods (8-hour shift), lift 50 pounds, and meet all company standards.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Food safety knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude with self, guests, and teammates.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience serving in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
