Technical Direction Letter (TDL) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess program operations and propose enhancements for small- to medium-sized Technical Direction Letter (TDL) projects.
• Analyze trends and patterns in program data to pinpoint inefficiencies or areas needing improvement.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing program effectiveness and efficiency, which includes the development and implementation of new procedures and policies.
• Conduct research and provide reports on program performance and outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in elevating overall operational performance while receiving guidance from senior personnel.


Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

• An additional four (4) years of experience is necessary with a High School diploma; two (2) years of extra experience is needed with an Associate's degree.

• A Master's degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. may replace four (4) years of experience.
• Two (2) years of experience specific to the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
• None

Clearance Requirements:
• Must possess a Top Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:
• The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move within the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, or to interact with colleagues and management, which may involve delivering presentations.
