Exercise Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to lead our members towards achieving their fitness goals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating customized exercise programs and providing expert guidance on nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive workout environment.
• Design and implement effective exercise programs that cater to each member's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of member progress and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team to promote our services and attract new members.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets set by the Fitness Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• CPR and AED certifications, with nationally recognized certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
