Job Overview

The GYM Norton is seeking an Exercise Specialist to join our team. As an Exercise Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized exercise programs for our members.

About the Job

  • Assess members' fitness levels and create tailored exercise plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Lead group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safe lifting practices.
  • Monitor members' progress and adjust their exercise plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation

  • A salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
